Jonas Farrell is the son of John and Lynn Farrell (Broker & Owner of John Farrell Real Estate).  Born at the Lake of the Ozarks General Hospital on December 31, 1979 Jonas was reared at the Lake of the Ozarks and attended high school at Camdenton High School; graduating May 1998.

In the fall of 1998, Jonas enrolled in the Lake Area Columbia College and worked to get some pre-requisite courses covered before transferring to Missouri State University to study Administrative Management.  While attending college at MSU, Jonas was heavily involved with his fraternity, Lambda Chi Alpha, serving as their representative in Student Government for one semester and acting as the House Manager for three semesters.  Jonas would later graduate with a Bachelor Degree in Administrative Management.

Jonas first became involved with the real estate office in January of 1999 when his father expressed to him the desire to expand the services of John Farrell Real Estate to include Property Management, specifically Vacation Rentals.  Jonas, eager to be involved, gladly agreed to begin work with the office and took on this new project as his own.  For five years Jonas worked full time in the Winter and Summer seasons while on break from school and part-time during the school terms.  Jonas would come home frequently on the weekends to work to grow the Vacation Rental business and build a clientele base for his sales business.

Following the end of the 2003 year, Jonas, John and Lynn decided to discontinue the Vacation Rental business to focus more time on their true strength, which is Real Estate Sales.  Now Jonas works full time at Selling Real Estate and maintains a small portfolio of properties in which he provides management services for long term leases.

In 2006 Jonas sold $3,302,310 in gross sales; Jonas’ first full year of selling Real Estate.  In 2007 Jonas sold $2,662,300 in gross sales and in 2008 Jonas sold $3,967,90 in gross sales, finishing as the 35th highest selling REALTOR in the Bagnell Dam Association of REALTORS.  For three years Jonas has achieved the Summit Award, an award given to REALTORS  that sell a minimum of $2,000,000 in Real Estate for the year.

Jonas is married to Nancy Farrell and has one son, Jonathan William Farrell who was born on August 26, 2008 at Lake of the Ozarks General Hospital.  Jonas and Nancy were married on September 23, 2006 and currently reside in Osage Beach.
